Return Policy and offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with what you have purchased, please return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your order. All products and packaging must be returned in their original shipped condition. Once a return arrives, it could take up to 5 business days to process a refund and an additional 10 days for it to show on your statement.

All Orders from Walking on a must go through the RMA (Return merchandise authorization) process. Any items sent back without going through our RMA Process will not be accepted.

Under the order page you can start the RMA process or click on My Returns on the left side of the Account Dashboard.

We do not accept: Socks, Insoles, Laces, Polish or any Sundry Items as returns.
There is zero exception.

Returning half of a BOGO 50% off transaction:

When a BOGO 50% off transaction becomes a BO transaction it becomes a single item purchase, and the refund will reflect this. Whichever pair you choose to keep will be considered full price and you will be refunded the balance of the total transaction.


First pair $200 (full price) second pair $150 at 50% off becomes $75, total purchase price $275. Should you return the first item valued at $200 the second item becomes a single item purchase and will be considered full price. Therefore, your refund will be $125.

All returned items must be in saleable condition and the RMA process must be completed.

All products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Items that are returned outside of their original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or have it shipped back to you. This includes any postage labels/stickers. Please include your packing slip with your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders that are placed on and cannot be returned to a Walking on a Cloud retail location.
