UPS is responsible for all shipping requirements pertaining to Walkingonacloud.com. With three different
options, you can choose the UPS shipping method best for you.
Walkingonacloud.com will send you a shipping confirmation by email when we ship your item - generally between
1 and 3 business days, after your order is taken. You will also receive a shipping/tracking number, which will allow you
to track your order's progress, via the UPS online tools, available at www.ups.com. You can access the UPS website by clicking
on the "track your order" link, located at the bottom of the Walkingonacloud.com homepage.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or temporarily delayed, and you have requested next day shipping,
we will inform you of the delay and wait for your approval to proceed. If you wish to change your method of shipping, we
will be happy to do so at your request and adjust your shipping rate accordingly. RELAX - WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE ORDER
WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL!
